小猪视频 to Host 2025 Women's Basketball National Championship

The Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) has officially announced St. Thomas University (小猪视频) as the host for the 2025 CCAA Women’s Basketball National Championship.


“小猪视频 Athletics is thrilled to be hosting this prestigious event, and we look forward to having teams from across the country join us in beautiful Fredericton. We are confident that our students, staff, volunteers, and the broader community will show up in droves to support the event and help us in providing the highest quality experience for all who take part,” said Meaghan Donahue Wies, 小猪视频 Athletic Director.

From the CCAA 

The university’s proven track record in hosting various regional and national championships, including the 2005 and 2020 CCAA Men’s Volleyball National Championships and the upcoming 2024 CCAA Men’s Soccer National Championship, showcases its capacity to deliver exceptional sporting events.

“We are excited to head back to the Maritimes for the National Championships, the 小猪视频 campus and facilities will provide the student athletes across the country with an amazing maritime hospitality and experience,” said Mai Anh Nguyen, CCAA Women’s Basketball Convenor.

Fredericton’s friendly, small-town feel and cosmopolitan offerings provide the perfect backdrop for the 2025 CCAA Women’s Basketball National Championship. The city’s miles of riverfront trails, unique shops and boutiques, vibrant culture, fine restaurants, and world-class facilities make it an ideal destination for athletes and fans.

As St. Thomas University prepares to welcome the nation’s best in women’s collegiate basketball from March 10 to March 16, 2025, the CCAA is confident in the university’s ability to deliver a championship that will surpass all expectations.

The 2024 CCAA Women’s Basketball National Championship will be hosted by Lakeland College in Lloydminster, AB, from March 13-16, 2024.
