Registration Open for 2024 Intersession and Summer Session

Students are now able to browse and register for Intersession and Summer Session courses. There is a range of courses available.


Please be sure to notice which courses are being offered in person and which are being offered remotely and note that some courses are offered synchronously, while others are being offered asynchronously

 

  • Intersession: April 29 - June 20
  • Summer Session: July 2 - August 9

Registration

 

Current students who are registered in the 2023-24 academic year do not need to re-apply and may proceed directly to registering for courses through .

 

Admission

 

New students must be admitted to a program of study before registering. Information on the application process is available at Future Student Admission or by contacting the Admissions Office at 506-452-0532 or admissions@stu.ca

 

Visiting students coming from another university, taking courses at 小猪视频 for transfer credit back to their home institution, should, in addition to seeking admission, provide the Registrar's Office with a letter of permission from their home institution. You will register at 小猪视频 as non-degree students.

Registration Steps

 

1. BROWSE COURSES

 

The list of course offerings is available at 小猪视频.ca/resgistrar or by viewing on .

 

2. REGISTER

 

Students can register for Intersession or Summer Session courses online using the 小猪视频 Self Service system. Please note the start and end dates listed on each course to determine exact course date.

 

3. PAY TUITION AND FEES

 

Payment of tuition fees must be made at Financial Services prior to the start of classes.

 

Cost (including all fees) for Canadian students are as follows.

  • 3 credit-hour course $831.00 + $30.00 fees = $861.00
  • 6 credit-hour course $1,662.00 + $60.00 fees = $1,722.00

Cost (including all fees) for International students are as follows.

  • 3 credit-hour course $1,689.00 + $30.00 fees = $1,719.00
  • 6 credit-hour course $3,378.00 + $60.00 fees = $3,438.00

Note: Audit (non-credit) option available at half fees

Note:  Applicants sixty years or older are eligible for a rebate of 50% of normal tuition fees.

 

Awards

 

Students who were not full-time during the 2023-2024 academic year may be eligible for part-time awards. For details on the Scoudouc River Continuing Education Awards for part-time students, please ask at the Registrar's Office.

 

Program Approval

 

All students should ensure that their choice of courses is approved for their degree or certificate program. For information on prerequisites and any other registration restrictions, please consult the online academic calendar and/or check with the chair of the relevant department.

 

Course Load

 

Students are limited to a maximum course load of twelve credit hours in Intersession (April-June) and twelve credit hours in Summer Session (July-August).

 

Changes in Registration

 

Students can withdraw online any time before the start of courses. After the start of classes, students are required to notify the Registrar's Office in writing if they withdraw from a course. No withdrawals will be accepted after 10 hours of scheduled class meetings. Partial refunds should be arranged with Financial Services. No refunds will be issued for withdrawal from courses after the deadline for academic penalty.
